On the question of Isralel's genocide in Gaza, literally every source, tribunal and institution is anti-semitic and untrustworthy, except for the Israel government's official statements.
This argument doesn’t work. Romani people were also targeted in the Final Solution and a primary target alongside Jews for the Holocaust. There has been no Romanistan promised to Romani people. We don’t want it, we do not need it. It’s about colonialism and nationalism not grief
On the *same day* the Cornell Seven drugged and raped Jane Doe, Cornell banned four students (including the President of Cornell @jvplive) from campus for three years for nonviolent, pro-Palestine protests. The same @Cornell officials let the rapists off with apology essays.
The IDF killed more children in Gaza, by far, than any military or militant group has this century, including those involved in genocide in Myanmar, Darfur, and Iraq/Syria (i.e. ISIS).
Far more children died in the Yemeni War and Second Congo War than in Gaza. However, the vast majority of these deaths were from disease and starvation. No military or militant involved in these wars killed anything like the number of children the IDF did. Indeed, even if we combine all militant groups/militaries in these wars, nothing comes close to Gaza.
Assad-affiliated forces killed slightly more children than the Israelis did in Gaza. But this includes the Russians, Hezbollah, and the Iranians, not only the SAA. If we look individually at any of these groups, each killed fewer children than the Israelis did.
If you were Israeli leaders, and believed you were being globally accused of crimes you didn't commit in Gaza, what's the first thing you'd do?
Urge the international media to go to Gaza and report the truth.
But if you know the accusations are true, you'd ban international media from reporting freely. That's what Israel is doing even a year after a "cease-fire," and the reason could not be more obvious.
In war, children are sadly killed, most commonly (collaterally) by artillery and airstrikes. But it is comparatively rare for children to be killed by gunshot, much less in single-shot wounds.
In Gaza, however, children have been shot at an astonishing level; and not in crossfire, but usually with single-shot wounds to the head and chest. This bizarre pattern is easily confirmed through open-source research, of the sort the BBC has done and my team and I have done for AOAV. And it is a big part of the story of Gaza, as to why so many children have been killed. (More than were killed by any military in any war this century.)
Nor is this the product of "child soldiers." If it were, we'd expect 16 and 17 year old boys - who are the vast majority of the very small number of minor combatants hasbara researchers have identified - to be the bulk of those shot. Instead, as a @BBC study showed, most children shot by the IDF in Gaza have been 11 or younger.

Ilan Pappe has a new piece out titled, "Why Al-Aqsa Flood Happened."
In it, he argues that Yahya Sinwar confronted Israel similar to how Anwar Sadat confronted Israel in 1971 & Palestinian leaders such as Yasser Arafat in 2000.
Sadat warned that if Israel did not return the Sinai to Egypt through diplomacy, Egypt would go to war...
Arafat warned Ehud Barak & Bill Clinton that if he was unable to return from the Camp David summit in 2000 with a promise to reduce the oppression of the Palestinian people, another uprising would be inevitable...
In Sinwar’s case, we now know that he negotiated with Israel the basic demands of the people of Gaza: an end to the siege, an increase in the food and raw materials entering the besieged enclave, and the release of Palestinian political prisoners.
(This was revealed in a Sep. 2026 @haaretzcom investigation which showed that, in September 2023, Sinwar arranged a private meeting with Fatah official Coal Eyes. "Tell the Israelis that if they don't make progress, I'm preparing a huge surprise for them," he declared emphatically. Here, he dropped a key word for the first time, one that should have triggered red flags: "Tell them to expect a 'zilzal,' an earthquake." https://t.co/tRqzxdxr0c)
Pappe argues that, like Sadat, Sinwar eventually chose the military option when it became clear that Israel had rejected the political option.

Israeli soldiers took a PR photo with a Palestinian grandma and when they were done, they shot her in the head and executed her.
What a sick and deranged country.
Nobody cares how you feel “as a Jew.” I oppose the genocide in Gaza and the cruelty of the Israeli state not “as a Jew,” but as a human being with eyes to see.
Not everything revolves around you, and not everything revolves around our community. Genocide is genocide. Grow up.
Netanyahu and other Israeli public officials addressing the international fora and the U.S. public keep using the term “shame on you” because they’re still operating in a paradigm where they believe they have moral capital others view as legitimate.
This happened in Toronto not because of Yom Kippur prayer services, it happened because the senior Israeli diplomat Mark Regev was invited to speak at an event at the Meridian Arts Centre.
If you are willing to support a genocide, you'll be willing to lie about anything. The only language Zionist genocidaires like Caroline Glick understand is lies.

The Israeli Defense Minister says:
1) Israel razed all of Rafah and Beit Hanoun as a punitive measure;
2) they'll do the same thing to Gaza City if a single IDF soldier is captured.
You're an absolute rube if you believe that the Israelis razed everything beyond the yellow line because of "Khamas booby traps on every house." Their senior defense officials literally admit the point was to try to destroy Gaza.
My deepest regret this Yom Kippur is having supported Israel and Zionism for my whole life and having even supported the genocide in Gaza in its early stages. That is unforgivable and I must spend the rest of my life atoning for it.
In 2016, Elor Azaria murdered Abdel Fattah al-Sharif in cold blood while he was incapacitated on the floor. He was charged with manslaughter and became a national hero for his crime. He spent a mere nine months in prison. Today the President of Israel, Isaac Herzog cleared him and removed his criminal record. Murder to Palestinians is not a crime in Israel. It is encouraged.
Here is a reminder of what that murder looked like.
The interviewer does not push back morally when told that it’s ok to kill children because they will grow up to be terrorists. Instead she asks “aren’t these the actions that get us in trouble?” That gives you the entire Israeli mindset in one exchange. The murder of children is not a moral problem. It’s a PR problem.
BOMBSHELL: As part of a propaganda campaign over the past two days, the Israeli army circulated an old photo claiming its soldiers had helped an elderly Palestinian woman in Rafah, southern Gaza.
Now, an Israeli investigation reveals a very different story: an officer from the Nahal Brigade’s 50th Battalion shot and killed the elderly Palestinian woman.
