@CIMBMalaysia Already reported n give every single details to your officer. What i get only acknowledgment reply. Yet issue not resolve. For how long need to investigate just for card renewal?

Waste time call the cimb customer service. Tekan 1 2 3 4… main tekan2 je for 10mins or more. End up have to wait with no sound. Issue not resolve. The staff told me to wait….mungkin sampai tahun depan agaknya. I just hung the line. Worst service evahh @CIMBMalaysia

Ytd i entered lekas toll semenyih & exit lekas toll kajang selatan. i was charged RM6 using the rfid lane. Pls refund back my money. I should not be charged for penalty on whatever technical error on your rfid lane at Lekas-Semenyih. @MyTouchnGo

Within 2 months tu i’ve been follow up with them the status. And their answer is kita tgh order barang. Kita check dgn technician dulu. Dah siap kita call u. But they never call. I think they didnt repair my tv pun. They just simpan lama2 n lambat2 kan.

Terrible service Ritak Electronic Service Centre.
Took 2 months just to replace the TV backlight. Then send TV on weekend which nobody at home. They called on the day they send the TV. No prior appointment. Dia expect kita ada kat rumah 7x7.

Malas nak ambik gambar kalo org byk sgt komplen. Dah tlg ambikkan tu dah kire bagus. Same when travelling. Org dah tlg plan and prepare everything tu dah kire bagus. Yet kau yg tak contribute pape make so much noise. Gosshhh!!
