Telling the Cabinet he doesn't care what they think, they can resign if they want to, & he's off to an owl sanctuary for the afternoon is almost certainly the coolest thing Keir Starmer has ever done. Where has this guy been these past two years?

I disagree with this.
Some jobs can't be done from home.
Some jobs can be done from home.
Some jobs can be done with hybrid work.
Blanket statements like this are unhelpful and don't reflect reality.
PS - The fact that the media was informed of the NEC decision before I was tells you everything you need to know about the way the Labour Party is being run these days.
You would think that over 30 years of service would count for something but sadly not. 🤷🏻♂️
We are launching our Scrap the Cap campaign in solidarity with junior doctors and medical students. The aim of this campaign is to raise awareness about the unfair limits to training for medical students and the lack of graduate jobs available once they graduate.

What this effectively means is that he's capitulating to the large pharmaceutical companies. Instead of strengthening the NHS' position, he's undermining it.
The only people who will bear the brunt of this cost will be the taxpayer.

@RestoreBritain_@WilliamClouston@SDPhq So pleased with this. Huge admirer of William, and the common sense he brings to the debate.
Cross-party policy campaigning is the aim, to deliver actual change...
We are delighted to welcome @WilliamClouston, SDP leader, to our advisory board.
Restore is building a cross-party team to deliver change now, not just in 2029.
William brings great experience and an ability to get things done.
We look forward to working with him and @SDPhq.
Has a British Government ever appeared so terrified of its own people? More to the point, can you think of one that deserved to be more?
The current state of affairs is so absurd that simply writing it down feels subversive
The Online Safety Act has now restricted some users from viewing a speech in parliament about Pakistani grooming gangs.
How is that protecting children? Big brother madness.
So 16 and 17 year olds who will, under Labour’s plans, be able to vote, have been blocked from listening to a parliamentary debate on grooming gangs because they’re too young.
This is madness. This is a failure of leadership. This is chaos.
Yesterday showed the danger of the Online Safety Act to limit free speech.
That’s why the SDP has long been committed to amending the act.
We will protect children from online harm whilst maintaining free speech & expression on social media👇

There are possibly over 100 Sharia councils operating in the UK - now the government is allowing Sharia law jobs.
We live in Britain. No law other than British law should ever be allowed.
If elected, the SDP will end this madness.
