@curtismorrison@RedEagleLaw Dear Curtis, what is the point of this lawsuit? Can it win against the government and allow all DV—winners get their visas? If it can then everyone from 75 countries will built your statue in the U.S. as you will be a living legend who allowed thousands of people to get their GC.
@BritSimonSays The Judge should ask why USCIS is interviewing so many DV-2026 winners? Some people didn’t attend their interviews because they know their visas won’t be issued. You once mentioned the more people participate in the lawsuits, the better for the pause to be lifted.
@BritSimonSays Brit, those who have been interviewed from 75 countries and are on 221g. Should they have participated in the lawsuits and or is it likely they will get visas through the Judge Leon’s decision? Did plaintiffs or non-plaintiffs get their visas in September 2020?
@BritSimonSays Brit, everyone is talking about Clinic vs. Rubio. You haven’t discussed it on your YouTube show. If Clinic vs. Rubio wins agains the government, will the Judge Vargas order to issue the visas for everyone?
@BritSimonSays Apparently they are due to interview 6k in EU in August. In 2020 many case numbers were forgotten and not issued. Like the Judge Mehta ordered to issue 7k visas in September in 2020. When do you predict the Judge will give the order?
@BritSimonSays Thanks Brit. Do the case numbers matter in this respect? Let’s say someone from EU with a case number 16***. Will the judge order to give visas until either 20k or 30k in your view?
@curtismorrison August 27 and the visas must be issued until September 30. Will be a month enough to make the final decision in August or will it need different hearings? What about Clinic vs Rubio? If every lawsuit won against the government, can they lift the pause without the judge’s order?
@BritSimonSays Hi Brit, you said that only plaintiffs would get their visas. What about those on 221g from 75 countries? Will they be ignored? You also said the government’s arguments have been weak. Should we expect the pause to be lifted next week?
@iMiaSanMia You fucking cowards! You had no bravery against Paraguay! The players shit in the pants! Julian Nagelsmann turned you all into Mickey Mouse!
@prynh_0707@FCBinsideEN Amen! He lost the ball that led to Brazil’s goal in 2002. As he was playing confused in that final he also gives confusing opinions.
@curtismorrison@RepYvetteClarke What does this legislation change? Nothing! They enjoy torturing DV-winners in 75 countries. Instead of respecting winners and issuing visas, they are treating DV-winners as animals. It’s time to order those visa officers to contact winners and issue visas! Enough is enough!
@curtismorrison Thank you so much. I was reading on Reddit they would introduce Bond. How is it possible? If DV-winners have been approved, will they be forced to put deposit at least $8k? So if they become public charge, the government will use this amount or they will lose their Green Cards?
@BritSimonSays@curtismorrison Those who are hopeful about getting their visas due to your YouTube channel will build your statue in the U.S. when they move!
@BritSimonSays@curtismorrison Brit, I have just ready on Reddit that the attorney of the government quit. If they think they have met their Waterloo, I think it’s time for them to take a step back, admit they were wrong, and start issuing visas.
@BritSimonSays@curtismorrison Knocking on wood, Brit! I love your optimism and people say it quite often in the comments. Would it be possible USCIS to introduce the bond initiative so every DV winner from 75 countries would put $15,000 so they won’t be public charge? How do you trust news on Reddit?
@BritSimonSays@curtismorrison The Judge was elected during President Biden. Does it give any advantage to Clinic vs Rubio that the Judge will make the decision in favor of DV winners? We have heard from you that the Government’s arguments have been weak.
