@BritSimonSays The Judge should ask why USCIS is interviewing so many DV-2026 winners? Some people didn’t attend their interviews because they know their visas won’t be issued. You once mentioned the more people participate in the lawsuits, the better for the pause to be lifted.

@curtismorrison August 27 and the visas must be issued until September 30. Will be a month enough to make the final decision in August or will it need different hearings? What about Clinic vs Rubio? If every lawsuit won against the government, can they lift the pause without the judge’s order?

@curtismorrison Thank you so much. I was reading on Reddit they would introduce Bond. How is it possible? If DV-winners have been approved, will they be forced to put deposit at least $8k? So if they become public charge, the government will use this amount or they will lose their Green Cards?
