@HavaianasEurope Hi, I bought these for my daughter inside Gatwick airport en route to my holiday a couple of days ago. As you can see they appear to be faulty as the strap cannot be untwisted. I obviously cannot return them to the store. How do I get a refund?

@FirstChoiceUK I’ve searched a holiday, it shows as £4843, then when I press continue to proceed with the booking it shoots up to £5158.30 ? That’s over £300 difference. Why is this happening?
