Judi Dench was on Graham Norton last night to push her new book about her life and work with Shakespeare. After making the point we quote Shakespeare daily without knowing it, this happened:

@TicketWebUK accepting code, but not showing tickets? Not great - the website surely is designed to cope with heavy traffic 🙄🙄

[Amy Lorente @AmyAnneStewart1]

@TicketWebUK are the presale Paolo Nutini tickets sold out for Edinburgh on 31 Oct? Been trying to use the website since 8.45am, it kept freezing and wouldn’t show tickets when I put the code in, and now saying no tickets left?!

@bt_uk has the WORST customer service I’ve ever experienced. I’m now being told that there’s no complaint on my account, yet less than a week ago I was told there were 2 complaints open?! 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️

[Amy Lorente @AmyAnneStewart1]

@bt_uk is there a number I can call specifically for your complaints department? Have waited more than two weeks for someone from complaints to call me, and keep being hassled about a bill for services I couldn’t use 🙄

[Amy Lorente @AmyAnneStewart1]

@bt_uk Yes, but I can’t find my account number

[Amy Lorente @AmyAnneStewart1]

@bt_uk still waiting to be connected to internet 3 months after placing original order. Was told the Complaints department would phone within 48 hours - that was over a week ago. Laughably, have now received a bill for services I’ve never been able to use? Horrendous service.

Helen McCrory was truly a force of nature on stage and screen. What a beautiful, extraordinary talent. Just awful news 💔
