@AngelFallyn@damo_is_right@lwebberevents@rickygervais When I got there the ticket scanners were down so tickets were being checked by names on lists. Doors opened at 5 or 5.30 I think but don't know if this had been the case since then
@damo_is_right@zantnega@lwebberevents@rickygervais I thought half an hour before was cutting it fine definitely wouldn't leave it any later. It's a risk even if the ticket scanners are working you just don't know what the queue is going to be like.
@zantnega@damo_is_right@lwebberevents@rickygervais Yes I agree definitely should be refunds, I'd have been gutted if I'd missed any of it. I just think getting there about 20 mins before it starts and just hoping there's no queues and you get in quick is a gamble! especially with someone you're so looking forward to seeing
@zantnega@damo_is_right@lwebberevents@rickygervais They were unlucky the ticket scanning devices were down I think so names were being checked manually. It started at 7, I was in on time arriving at 6.30 I think most smaller arenas would struggle if 800+ people arrived all within 25 mins of a sold out show starting
