@ITAAirways never put my luggage on plane from PMI -FCO -9 am received email it was arriving on the 4:40 pm flight July 11th. Never arrived. Never was put on plane once again. Same message for July 12th. Can’t get a human on the phone to confirm anything.

@JCP_L trees down along Crine road in Morganville. No trucks in sight. During Sandy it took 5 days to get power back, I was the last of two houses in the entire town to receive power. Who’s responsible to clear the down trees? Can we have a real estimate Aug 11 unacceptable.
