@KathyHochul@NYSComptroller On behalf of the law firm I work for, I submitted a claim to NYS Unclaimed Funds in June 2025 for a certified check of a mortgage payoff that was never cashed. Almost a year later I am still trying to get this money released to my firm. First we did not have a property id because there was no address on the check. Finally spoke to someone who found the property id. In December 2025 fedexed an entire package to NYS Unclaimed funds which was allegedly misplaced and I have the receipt with the name of the person who signed for it. After that I finally got in touch with someone who gave me a claim number. Used that claim number to file online on January 8. Was told on April 12 that more documentation is needed. Submitted that documentation. Just went online to check and there wa a message that I need more documentation but don't know what it is yet. There is ONE person in your office who has helped me. This check is now subject to LITIGATION. It is absurd what a person has to go through to get their money.
@delta my husbands AirPods are stuck in the seat on the plane he flew 3 days ago. He's been following it since then and they're still on the plane! I have the information for the claim he filed. Is there any way to get in touch with someone on the flight? we know where it is.

@FedEx Sent a box to my daughter in California. Tracking says it was delivered however the picture looks nothing like the box I sent. Sent brand new clothes, shoes she purchased while visiting me. Second box lost within the last two weeks. Offering a virtual asst is unacceptable
@FedExHelp I'm and existing customer. twice I called to discuss my account with a small business rep and both times was told I would get a call back in 2 hours. never heard from anyone.
@MercedesBenz dropped my car off in Delray Beach on Friday May 26th. 10 days later and nobody called to tell me what's wrong with my car and can't get anyone on the phone. Terrible customer service.
@ubersupport13 someone has hacked my account, using uber and it's coming out of my venmo account. I can give you my email as my login and it's asking me for a security code which I don't have
@askUHC I've been trying to log in to my MYUHC account for THREE weeks and getting the same error message: It's not you its us. I've called many times and get the same response: sorry and the problem's been escalated. How do you not communicate what's going on? Terrible.
@Uber_Support I have a recurring charge on my credit card for uber pass. My son set up an account with an old email. he can't get in. Is there a way to look up the account by using the credit card that's charged?
@Chase had my Zelle shut down because I tried to use too many gmail accounts for different accounts. Spoke to someone yesterday and they said I would get a callback in 24 hours-no call. Now on hold for a supervisor for 15 min. Any help would be greatly appreciate

@UberEats I ordered food at 12:15 from a restaurant that's two blocks away. It was supposed to arrive around 12:50. When the driver got in the car, the address that came up on his uber gps was an address 20 minutes away from here. Still waiting. Customer service hung up on me
@Uber I have 5 members of my family charging one credit card for Ubers. I noticed that another credit card is getting charged. Who can I speak with to resolve this?
