@Qantas Your website is having some serious issues, we've cancelled our flight for credit online but it's not being registered on our account & it's NOW not registering that we have anything booked.
@Qantas Fun Fact: Your customer service line cuts off at 4 hours. This is the second time we've spent 4 HOURS waiting to speak to #CustomerService. Can you PLEASE make something available online, so we can handle our flights more easily.
@Qantas Your website indicates there should be 'voucher' option when we select cancel, where tickets can be concerted to credit but that is NOT what we're seeing.
@Qantas It would be much easier if we could just do this online but the functionality is not available via our Qantas dashboard. And it appears if we try to cancel online, we'll be charged $500 per person!
