@courageousdove It is time to write a new field guide. A #COURAGEOUSCONVERSATION for achieving racial equity in Congress. Your book & message deserve a wider audience than just our schools.
@BobbyBo3 Love this garden! Visit with the little kids and bring a copy of Peter Rabbit, The Carrot Seed, or a good picture-friendly plant guide book to read on one of the benches! ๐
The 1st Annual Kindergarten Sight Word Carnival was a success! Dozens of parents, grandparents, 75 kids & 4 teachers had a great time on Wed with 24 word games! @WayneElementary
K students are using @Seesaw tools to show me what they know about measuring and comparing quantities. #math#kindergarten#kindersCAN https://t.co/vcNcr8SPr1
@megan_behr@Seesaw 1) Stole the idea from a teacher somewhere else! 2) Made a sign 3) bought folding cubby cubes (Target, Amazon), 4) added a dish display stand in one, and a found book end in the other, and voila! The kids find it MUCH better...the box really helps with the classroom noise!
Kindergartners at WES learned about birds and their nests. With this knowledge the students used their collage skills to create multimedia birds nests. We scribbled and had lots of fun! #wesart#wayne#rtsd#artmatters#arteducation#scribbleart#collage
Agree and disagree. Some K kids need more time to play, but others are more ready than you think! The challenge is designing the classroom & curriculum that can meet both! Teach Kids When Theyโre Ready https://t.co/aQkkAryJYo
How great is this reusable bag that we got to take home our staff appreciation dinner!? Thank you so much to the WES pto for a wonderful dinner and the kind notes from the kids. @WayneElementary#feelingappreciated#EarthDay
