@AvantiWestCoast This date is literally a week away though. There is information for the weekend after but not the weekend of the 13th. We should at least be told we can use our tickets early just like these others dates. It’s really unfair that we aren’t being told this yet.

@chilleanor @PhDVoice There’s no way for me to know whether a PhD is a good decision for you - it’s a very personal decision. I really didn’t have relevant work experience going into my PhD though.

@mie_astrup @PhDVoice I’m self funded. I do get a yearly amount from my university to spend on this type of stuff but not enough to cover everything so I’m hoping to find extra funding so I don’t have to pay for it on my own.

It’s taken me two years to accept having days like this.

I wrote one paragraph for my theoretical framework today. That’s it. That’s what I accomplished.

This used to feel like failure, now I see progress & growth.
