@mattsauer That’s not true. Miller Valentine, BCVA and others had active offices inside thru 2018. Then bldg didn’t score well in OH HTC process because it had been continually occupied. That coupled with COVID, material delays, GC, skyrocketing costs…Yet owner remains committed.

Ten years ago (July 16, 2013 to be exact) #JohnnyDaytopia & I drove @cityofdayton to Baltimore, MD to meet Bill Struever of Cross Street Partners. Immediately we sensed his passion for preservation and knew we had to work together to see @arcadedayton rise. I’m grateful we did.
