@UbereatsT67279 OMG. So I did and I was told to download Whatsapp??? No, I will not download another app to talk to customer service! I said they could call me directly, you said "okay", and now it's been almost 15 minutes. No call. I messaged you again. No answer. Yeah, not ever trusting Uber.
Hey @Uber@Uber_Support I am absolutely wanting to scream right now! I was given a Turo voucher for an Uber ride tomorrow. I activated the voucher, it is active in my account and I booked through the Book Ride button at the bottom of the voucher page. Guess what???
@Uber@Uber_Support So what say you, @Uber@Uber_Support ? Is this how you treat your customers? I've never used Uber before and I'm certainly not inclined to do so again after this experience!
@Uber@Uber_Support The voucher is STILL ACTIVE AND AVAILABLE on my Uber app. The ride was $48.97 and the voucher was $75, so it's not a matter of it not covering the whole thing.
And there is NO WAY to chat or call Uber for actual help with something their Help topics don't cover.
@FedEx I'd really like to know what @FedEx@FedExHelp and @RockAuto_Parts have to say about this unbelievable failure on their parts to deliver what I ordered and paid a lot extra for overnight shipping.
I am so angry right now I could spit fire. On Tuesday night I ordered a part from @RockAuto_Parts and paid $69.99 extra for overnight shipping. Delivery date 01/08. They shipped @FedEx On the 8th the part still hadn't even arrived in CO. On the 9th it was out for delivery.
Without this part, that again was SUPPOSED TO BE DELIVERED 01/08, we can't fix our Tahoe and make it to a VERY important job interview 200 miles away TOMORROW. So, @FedEx What's the deal? Why can't you do the one job you have and deliver my package?!?!
