@BBCWatchdog I have been affected by apostle accounting! I have a large sum to pay back to HMRC. Apostle never sent me any of the breakdowns of what they were claiming for! I assumed they knew what they were doing when they claimed the tax back.

@AskNationwide I’ve been on hold for 3 1/2 hrs to make a travel insurance claim. I was supposed to be travelling tmro but my flight has been cancelled. My hotel (booked separately) are refusing to refund. Do I need to stay on hold or can I contact you after I was meant to travel?

@bookingcom you are the ONLY company for my holiday this week that are refusing a refund or voucher. All these companies have: easyJet, Airbnb, premier inn, Travelodge, holiday extras. @bookingcom you are a disgrace.
