@StarbucksUK at your nitshill (Glasgow) branch today. Your private land was not salted to prevent cars from sliding. 4 cars in the space of an hour crashed upon entering, I am one of these people, and now have significant damage to my car following crashing.

Is the safety and priority of your customers and staff not taken into consideration? I’d say my visit was a very expensive coffee now that I have a car to be fixed, especially given I was not the first to crash this morning!!

Please note the area these accidents happened are at a pedestrian crossing which I could not stop at due to my car being uncontrollable. Staff knew I had crashed but did not even come to assist or check I was ok. Instead telling me they know it’s slippy.
