@Uber_Support I have done it several times. I also called UK customer service number twice. I was given this Ref # over the phone (b0baf3ac-23d6-4af5-abfa-d395f53715ff) and told I would hear back after 24-48 hours. 8 days later no response and I am still locked out of my account. Appalling!
