@AmazonHelp How weak. Essentially, sorry to hear I feel that way rather than actually sorry. I really hope people start to see this behaviour and move away. It's a stark contrast to what used to be excellent customer service in the old days of this company.

I try to avoid buying from Amazon. It's a last resort but had a poor experience this week with a damaged product and bad customer service from Amazon. They won't allow any reviews that include that information criticising my experience.

@homestoreNmore I really like your store but can I suggest you start sourcing products from EU. Just priced your Kilner jars and ended up buying laParfait from France instead. Cheaper even with additional delivery costs! You could gain competitive edge, same quality, lower price!
