@rjs1509 We used standard. I tried to call on Friday and was informed about the ref escalation that our application is waiting for decision and they couldn't update anything else.
We plan to withdraw the application, resubmit with super priority. We're stressful whilst waiting for them.

@rjs1509 Thank you. They gave me a ref number which is includes 7 numbers. Is it same like yours? As the inside option now they have a auto voice message can't escalate. So I have to choose option 5 for international, the lovely lady gave me this ref. I am not sure if they will do or not

@rjs1509 When you renewed your passport, did you update on Gov system or send the form to them before you submitted your applocation?

@rjs1509 I applied standard on Aug 2nd. As when I applied, it only showed super priority, not the normal priority.
How's about you? Is your employer is A rated and your job code is under shortage list?

@rjs1509 Although they did not ask, I just uploaded my new passport photo on the application site.
Today is 4 weeks but I do not receive any email from them.

@rjs1509 I applied via the app. I did send the form to UK gov when I renewed my passport. It states on the gov website that they will update my details after 5 days when they get the form. But I do not know if they will update on time.
