@AnTran97338996 Hi, yes I have escalated while waiting for the decision. If they agree to escalate then they would provide you with the escalation ref number. After a few days, if you don't receive any update, you can call them back checking for the status of the escalation.

@aayu_rastogi1 Yep, the lawyers (third party) who were handling the process had mentioned that we can serve notice period under new immigration rules. I believe it's also mentioned somewhere in the https://t.co/QWG79FRIn9 website.

@AnTran97338996 Yes my job code is under shortage occupancy and the employer is A rated.I applied via the priority route though.

@aayu_rastogi1 Same here, received an email that it's out for delivery. Yes I just resigned this week as the immigration rules allow you to serve the notice period with the current employer. What about you?

@AnTran97338996 Hi, sometimes they ask you to upload it and sometimes they do not. However, I would suggest you to upload the new passport copy in order to prevent delay.

@AnTran97338996 Hi, yes the Home office had sent an email asking to upload the copy of the passport after 1 week of submission of the application (as I have submitted the application via the UK Immigration App). Did you go and give your biometrics or apply via the app?

@aayu_rastogi1 Not yet, however the third party who is handling the process had received an email yesterday from home office that the BRP will be delivered within the next 48 hours and the tracking details would be sent by the courier in next 24 hours.

@mehrotra_S @aayu_rastogi1 Yes I have done 2 escalations and contacted the MP as well. The MP office had replied within 2 days and contacted HO, however they got a generic reply of in progress. The escalations didn't work much as I got a standard reply that application is not complete after 2 days.

@mehrotra_S @aayu_rastogi1 Hi, it was on 20th may and I have applied via the UKVI app, so didn't have to go to the center. The process was completely online.
