@virginmedia These problems have been on & off since Thursday. Will we get compensated & will Virgin issue a statement to their customers to let us know what is going on? It seems like you have serious problems & just keep saying it will be fixed in 24 hrs. I have no landline, tv or internet
@virginmedia we currently have no broadband, no tv and no landline. When I checked the service status, it says phone is ok, so I’m unable to register that we have no landline?
@virginmedia@virginmedia my tv, broadband & phone is down again. Just missed the final of BGT which I spent months watching only to miss the final results. I can’t lodge the problem online as it won’t allow me. Judging by all the comments online, seems Virgin have serious problems
@bt_uk my mother has been a customer with BT for over 50 years and now in her vulnerable years, you have let her down and treated her appallingly. Both @bt_uk and @WeAreOpenreach have lied several times over the last 2 weeks! I’ve reached breaking point 😭
@bt_uk What, you want me to explain it for the 10th time to someone at BT. I’ve been lied to over and over again. Currently waiting for Openreach to visit my mum’s property & fully expect them to not show up. There seems to be no communication between BT & Openreach - how ironic!
@JohnLewisRetail I have shopped with you for over 30 years, buying all my electrical goods from you and quite frankly I will not be using your store again.
Terrible customer service. It is evident you just don’t care about your customers.
Thank you @Lionesses for your spirit & drive ❤️⚽️🏴 We loved watching you play throughout the whole #FIFAWomensWorldCup2023 tournament.
Congrats to Spain. 👏
Very disappointing there were no English Royalty in Sydney to support our team 😠
@eppingforestdc Can you please at least let us know when the green bins and recycling will be collected? Will it be in 2 weeks or earlier? Everyone has left their rubbish on the streets because they don’t know when it will be collected.
@MartinSLewis I’m a big fan of yours, for all the advice & help you give to the public. I’m just in process of switching & fixing my mortgage. Should I go for 2 or 3 years fixed rate? I know you don’t have a magic ball but would be interested in your ideas please? Thanks!
