@ZJAyres @RoySocChem Hi! Thanks for asking! GC-MS is certainly a highly sensitive tool, and our method allows a fast and non-destructive analysis of the sample, as it doesn’t require a pre-treatment of honey, the extraction is simply carried out by headspace 😊

@RoyGoodacre @RoySocChem It’s a very good question, thank you! Recovery studies were performed at concentrations to ensure their determination. The next step will be the study of the limits of detection and quantification of these mycotoxins.
