@Josephineperry I’ve been to the pool before with my 14yr old daughter and a “man” said to me you sure she’s in the right lane mate this is the fast lane, I replied she can swim 100m in just over a minute so I guess she’ll be ok but let me know if she’s slowing you down 😂😂😂
Attacked in the pool this morning for overtaking a fragile male ego. Grabbed my feet and held me underwater. Then starts yelling. Lifeguards lovely but of course it is me that has to leave as I can’t risk swimming with an aggressive man far stronger than I.
Thank you to everyone for your generosity to the coaches who resigned from Oxford yesterday. Over £2000 in under 24 hours is a fantastic start - please encourage others to support their call for Coach Led programmes to prevail. https://t.co/wnbQz8jvN0
An appalling and shocking outcome for a prominent Club that was built by this team of great coaches. Oxford will be desolate without them and Amanda. The swimmers have already had to deal with plenty over the past 12 months; what happens now?
Today, the pro coaches at City of Oxford SC have resigned with immediate effect following the challenges they have faced. The BSCA have set up a crowdfunding page to assist them - donate via https://t.co/pghafekVsk
Independent representation + due process with terms of reference = right way to go @COSCSWIM ... no-one should deal with harassment claims “in-house”, for obvious reasons ... it’s swimming ... reach for conciliation 2021 style, not 1971 ... @BSCALtd https://t.co/TS39dB7Jq2
Overnight, @COSCSWIM officials were successful in having a link to a letter we had permission to show, blocked. They have distributed letters giving their views but their pro coaches are being silenced - frightened of the truth maybe? Letter on @BSCALtd website
