Spicejet has provided a Rs. 500 voucher as compensation and has mentioned in the T&C that they can revoke this offer anytime as per their wish without any prior intimation. I'm sure that's not the desired resolution.

@flyspicejet @DGCAIndia @MoCA_GoI: Please note that Spicejet tried a ridiculous way to ward me off. I wanted a monetary compensation for the damage they created. However, they provided only 500 rs voucher with T&C so ridiculous that it can never be used. Please take action.

@flyspicejet But the T&C mentions that you can change the offer on the voucher as per your wish and without prior intimation. I'm not ok with that.

Then they have agreed to offer me a compensation for which they have not provided any details and it also has T&C which mention that they can modify it at will.

@DGCAIndia @spicejetairlines: Spicejet flight SG816 from Goa to Mumbai on 28th July 2016 was supposed to fly at 13.55 p.m. But it has been delayed and has not left Goa yet. The revised time 16.30 hours. The airlines is unapologetic, the staff are rude and not given any resolution

@MoCA_GoI @DGCAIndia @flyspicejet: The flight is being driven under extreme dangerous conditions. Is the pilot trained enough? As of it, the flight has technical issues before taking off. All passengers are terrified. Never taking Spicejet again.
