Callous attitude of @NMC_IND . In this public document they wrote Biophysics instead of Physiology. They don't even know which subjects are being taught in Indian medical colleges. They don't even know MCI stopped Biophysics more than 10years back. @MoHFW_INDIA

Any new rule passed must be applied prospectively, not retrospectively. By applying the new rules on those in service before 28-10-2020, @NMC_IND is denying eligibility of MSc/PhD teachers leading to loss of promotions, renewal of contracts or new jobs. @PMOIndia @OfficeOf_MM

On matters related to Ph.D programs @ugc_india is the sole authority. Even @NMC_IND has to follow its guidelines. Some dimwits are unaware of the difference between "distance mode" & "part-time". The latter is permissible & therefore must be out of contention.

Some deemed health universities are offering part-time Ph.D without fulfilling formalities such as ascertaining the employment status of the candidate, NOC from employer or inspection of place of work etc. @ugc_india must take cognizance of this. @EduMinOfIndia @DrRPNishank
