Recently @NMMTA_Assn successfully defended an ex parte stay application filed by AIPCMA in the Delhi high Court against the GO to include Medical MScPhD professionals upto 30% in a medical college. We thank AIPCMA for professionally intimating us timely. They intimated another association, guess which one? But alas other than @NMMTA_Assn no one stood up that day to defend the Medical MSc PhDs right. No ex parte stay was granted.
I am unsure why someone has been rattled and abhorrently annoying. I havenโt found a single distasteful comment either from @NMMTA_Assn or @gandiv_arjun sir. The whole scenario of creating a mistrust & chaos was just to be validated . Finally Truth prevails .
This is for the information of those obnoxious individuals who constantly spread misinformation and misinterpretations, seeking to validate themselves by falsifying the truth and spreading propaganda against @NMMTA_Assn . Members must recall #WallofShame. They owe us an apology!
@KasthuriShankar This is the second time I saw this picture scrolling through X. The unconditional love , the trust , the belief each of them had makes me crumble to the core . I pray to Maa Kali that they find peace in heaven.
Been a faculty of a Medical college since 12 years . Yet , everytime a Gazette from NMC (MCI before ) got published , I knew the tantrums that would follow. Itโs time the Medical MSc/PhDโs gets back whatโs due since long. @NMMTA_Assn@NMC_BHARAT
How long will Medical MSc/PhD face one sided discrimination...years in court..and twisted tales of NMC to tarnish our reputation..inspite of youtube classrooms conduction, dismal availability of faculty..we r on whims nd fancies of NMC.@JPNadda@OfficeofJPNadda@MoHFW_INDIA

Dear Esteemed Members,
On this auspicious Teachers' Day, we extend our heartfelt greetings to each of you who illuminate the path of knowledge for our future medical professionals. Your dedication to shaping minds and nurturing skills is the cornerstone of our healthcare system's future.
As we celebrate your invaluable contributions, we also acknowledge the challenges that lie before us. In the face of adversities imposed by the National Medical Commission and the occasional skepticism from prejudiced colleagues, your resilience shines brighter than ever.
Today, we call upon you to reaffirm your commitment to the noble cause of medical education:
1. Uphold the torch of ethics: Let your actions be a living curriculum of integrity for your students.
2. Champion quality education: In every lecture, every demonstration, instill the pursuit of excellence.
3. Embrace innovation: As the medical field evolves, let your teaching methods adapt and flourish.
4. Foster inclusivity: Create an environment where every eager mind feels valued and heard.
5. Stand united: Together, we are stronger. Let our collective voice advocate for the recognition we deserve.
Remember, dear colleagues, that your impact extends far beyond the classroom. Each concept you teach, each skill you hone, ripples through time, touching countless lives through the hands of your students.
In the words of Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam, "Teaching is a very noble profession that shapes the character, caliber, and future of an individual." You are not just teachers; you are the architects of our nation's health and well-being.
As you continue to navigate the complex landscape of medical education, know that your perseverance does not go unnoticed. Your dedication is the antidote to indifference, your knowledge the cure for ignorance.
Let's continue to excel in our duties while keeping the struggle for justice alive.

๐จ A 19-year-old youth from Odishaโs Malkangiri district has become the first person from Bonda tribe to clear NEET for admission to a MBBS course. ๐
We, the members of the NMMTA, are deeply outraged and shocked by the recent heinous crime involving the rape and murder of Dr. Moumita Debnath at R.G. Kar Medical College. This tragic incident has not only shocked our community but also highlighted the urgent need for comprehensive reforms to ensure the safety and security of women in our workplaces.
Our heartfelt condolences go out to Dr. Moumita Debnath's family and loved ones during this profoundly difficult time. We stand in solidarity with them, and our thoughts and prayers are with them as they navigate this unimaginable grief.
It is imperative that we take immediate and decisive action to address the systemic issues that allow such atrocities to occur. We call for:
1. Stringent Regulations: Implementation of strict guidelines and safety protocols within all institutions to protect women from violence and harassment.
2. Enhanced Security Measures: Increased security infrastructure, including surveillance and emergency response systems, to safeguard individuals in workplace environments.
3. Rigorous Enforcement: Ensuring that existing laws and regulations concerning workplace safety and anti-violence are rigorously enforced.
4. Support Systems: Establishment of comprehensive support systems for victims and their families, including counseling and legal assistance.
5. Education and Training: Mandatory training programs for all staff and students on recognizing, reporting, and preventing harassment and violence.
This tragic event underscores a critical need for action. We urge authorities, institutions, and all stakeholders to collaborate in creating a safer and more respectful environment for everyone.
It is our collective responsibility to ensure that such atrocities are not repeated and that every individual can work without fear.

Devastated & heartbroken to hear of the violence in Bangladesh against their minority population. People killed, families displaced, women violated & places of worship being vandalized & burnt. Hope the new govt. takes appropriate steps in stopping the violence & protecting its people. My thoughts & prayers for everyone facing hardship ๐ #SaveBangladesiHindus
