@karthik2k2 Um sorry doctor but 370 bhi change hui bharat bhi azad hua AI Samana aya in medical feild smallpox history bani ,we are working to me lives conformable not miserable we survived this that doesn't mean everyone compulsory has to go though same let's have new working conditions

GB pant Hospital, Delhi! Pls do not ruin our life. My Husband Dr. Amit is forced to work 36 hours and has resigned due to such toxicity. Pls provide him humanly duty hours as per 1992 rules for a month as cooling period and counselling before accepting resignation. #MedTwitter

We never thought of it as unfair/ "toxcity" as students. 36 hour shifts were routine during residency.But these days I see a lot of youngsters speaking up about this.
Perhaps they have a point. More humane working hours will lead to more alert,ergo,more efficient young docs.
Just because things have always been done in a certain way, doesn't mean we need not re-examine them and plan better.

The Delhi Medical Association has voiced serious concerns over the inhumane working conditions faced by resident doctors at GB Pant Hospital.

Dr. Rishu Sinha, wife of Dr. Amit Kumar (DM Cardiology resident), has highlighted the extreme pressures leading to severe mental and physical distress

These conditions aren't just compromising the well-being of our resident doctors but also impacting healthcare delivery! 💉

We demand that the authorities take immediate action to:
- Ensure humane duty hours
- Provide necessary counselling support
- Enforce compliance with existing regulations
