This one actually shocked me.
Sky News, who are not exactly known for being pro-Israel, did a solid segment debunking some of the worst fake videos that racked up tens of millions of views since October 7.
They showed a video of fires in a city that people claimed was Gaza or Israel under attack. It was actually football celebrations in Algeria. Another old unrelated clip of a man with a child was falsely labeled as a Hamas terrorist kidnapping a Jewish baby. And video game footage from Arma 3 was passed off as Hamas shooting down an Israeli helicopter.
These clips got millions of likes and tens of millions of views before the truth caught up.
The crazy part is Sky News calling out how slow the platforms, including X, were to deal with it. Even when community notes eventually appear, the damage is already done. And certain accounts pumping out this stuff, like repeat offenders who never seem to get suspended… cough cough… Jvnior, Sulaiman, Jackson Hinkle, Mohamed Safa, and so many more… keep getting boosted.
The propaganda machine continues working in real time. Fake content spreads faster than the truth, and it was ready before the bodies were even cold.
@fleeto91@Samiya123abc@grok@SaulStaniforth@AlexCrawfordSky Watching after their communities were attacked, set on fire, their friends and family were taken hostage, raped and murdered. What would you do, protest? Give me a break. But you are always silent on things like this:

@fleeto91@grok@Samiya123abc@SaulStaniforth@AlexCrawfordSky No there are Israelis who also commit crimes, just like they do in every country in the world, it is nothing unique, but less common in Israel.
Why don’t you speak up about such abuses in Iran, the Congo or Russia? No Jews no news?
Ah the Hamas I mean Gaza Health Ministry, yes always accurate, never lie, and don’t use civilians as human shields, right?
It’s sad when any civilians die in war, sadder that the ‘army’ supposedly defending them started a war they couldn’t win, prolonged it by shooting missiles and holding hostages, and purposely embedded themselves within civilian areas to maximize casualties for propaganda gains. And it worked, because fools like you blame Israel for it.
The hostages taken into Gaza committed no crime against anyone. The prisoners Israel hold have committed or planned violence. I agree the legal system should require a better process, but calling them hostages isn’t accurate, they are security threats who would harm Israelis if let out too quickly.
Spot. Freakin. On!
An Israeli on vacation in NY is visiting the Bronx Zoo on a rainy day when he sees a little boy slip & fall into the lion’s den.
Suddenly, the lion charges the boy and is about to maul him, right under the eyes of his screaming parents.
The Israeli leaps into the den and hits the lion right on the nose with a powerful Krav Maga punch.
Whimpering, the stunned lion jumps back, and the Israeli carries the terrified child to his parents, who thank him profusely.
A New York Times reporter happened to be watching the whole event. The reporter says to the Israeli: “Sir, this was the most gallant and brave thing I’ve ever seen anyone do in my life.”
The Israeli replies, “Thank you very much but it was my duty. I saw that little boy in terrible danger and I had to do something.”
The reporter says, ‘Well, I’ll make sure this doesn’t go unnoticed. I’m a reporter, and tomorrow’s paper will have this on the front page.
So, what country are you from anyway? and what do you do for a living?”
The Israeli replies, “oh, I’m from Israel and serve in the IDF.”
The next morning the Israeli buys the NY Times to check out the article on the front page, and the headline reads: “ISRAELI SOLDIER ASSAULTS AFRICAN IMMIGRANT AND STEALS HIS LUNCH.”
The Palestinian baby can vote in Palestinian Authority elections, when they have them. Their lack of democracy is their issue, not Israel’s. It would be great if Israel could leave security to the Palestinians too, but history has shown that to be problematic. So when they stop inciting and rewarding violence against Jews, perhaps that can change.
