@Alex__Johnstone very important that all teachers and trustees Need to go through some training in how to deal with racism. It will not come to anyone naturally. How to understand other cultures and how to be polite need to be carefully taught. Racism exists among all ethnic groups.

@PEARL_Action Good to have a research team. However it is very important to understand the meaning of the term genocide before you use it in communications. It has a very specific meaning which is not applicable to all situations. Your credibility of findings depends on that.
