@Ryanair I bought plane tickets for my friends, and reserved seats, for them next to each other. Then on the day of departure, Ryanair changed the seating arrangement, and seated my friends separately.Of course, customer service didn't care.

@Ryanair_care_x My partner did the booking, not me. I suspect that neither of us have any faith in @Ryanair resolving this issue in any way that would be acceptable to us. You are not going to fly us home as we booked and paid for. Ryanair will not compensate us for loss of a days holiday.

@Ryanair is charging for flight check-in more than the ticket price (if I haven't checked in in advance).
I paid €55 per person for check-in, while the ticket from Athens to Rome costs €49.
