@thetrainline we scanned our tickets at Blackfriars today to get as far as elephant and castle and train was cancelled and plans to Brighton were off. Your app is saying due to scanning in I cannot have a refund - but the ticket was not used. Please reply with email to complain

@RoyalMailHelp arranged collection today with promise and paid that we would be supplied with a label and FAIL! Postman was lovely but we have paid £36 for a return and have to pay again
