Sat waiting for our flight to Liverpool since 7pm with delay after delay and only being told of these delays by refreshing the Dublin Airport website. No one to come to the gate to explain what’s happening

@MrNickKnowles @RioVegas @PlanetHollywood The Flamingo was exactly the same when we stayed in May. We waited just over 90 mins which isn’t great when your tired. Only 2 people on reception and were told to use the screens that didn’t work. No matter what time you went through the lobby there was always a queue!!!

Absolutely atrocious customer service from @adidas I live in the UK but bought trainers in the USA when I was on holiday in May and the eye holes have snapped. Just been told I have to take them back to the store I bought them from as the UK Customer Service can’t help!!!!!
