The latest in tyrannosaur body size evolution and feeding mechanics based on my PhD work at @bristolpalaeo with @jemilyr - still more to come in the near future... https://t.co/WrRT8xvySN
I have finally published the work I did for my masters thesis at @BristolPalaeo! Give it a read if you are interested in kangaroos, finite element analysis, or a bit of both!

Sir David Attenborough visited our School of Anatomy in June to speak with our expert Earth Scientists for his upcoming documentary 🦴🌊
Be sure to tune in and watch on @BBCiPlayer when the show airs early next year 👀

Enjoy this Suchomimus 3D model I generated from the replica in Kenosha, WI. It certainly wasn’t an easy endeavor. I think the platinum finish suits it.

New @thePeerJ publication from my PhD work: https://t.co/V6LPnJsuYF. @jemilyr and I evaluated the influence of CT/surface scans on finite element data using a variety of reptile skulls. 🐊🦎🐢
@drmambobob Happy to finally meet you, Manabu! I imagine you and I could have easily nerd’d out about T. rex for hours if other obligations weren’t a factor.
A male Parasaurolophus resting while a small flock of birds flies by and use him as a perching spot. This concept illustration was done following the suggestion of patron James Pascoe.
I scanned this Monolophosaurus skull at Milwaukee Public Museum (@MKEPublicMuseum) a year ago and I’ve recently finished editing it. Seeing the skeleton is one of my earliest dinosaur-related memories and it’s a cool feeling being able to research it as an adult. #fossilfriday
New study describes three main divisions of the T. rex rostral neurovascular system, with discussion on evolution, facial sensitivity, and the question of whether theropods had lips.
Authors: Florian Bouabdellah, Emily Lessner, and Julien Benoit

Our animatronic T. rex is getting into the Christmas spirit. It's been kitted out in its very own theropod-size seasonal sweater, made from 100% recycled materials, thanks to @britishxmas.

For #FossilFriday, have a glance at the Dilophosaurus 3D model that I generated from surface scanning at the @sciencemuseummn a while back. I imagine Prince would be pleased with my color palette choice.
