@JosephJoseph still waiting for my replacement bin lid - over 6 weeks now since the original email confirming it would be sent. No response to follow up emails and no phone line working. Please can someone respond and send me a new lid!
@edfenergy when will you provide an update for customers who have just moved to the most recent fixed tariff expiring July 2024. The new cap is great news but not ideal for us who fixed and started a new tariff this month.
@BondShem@Dyson Totally agree. Waiting over 4 weeks for a spare part on a Dyson that is only 18 months old. No trust in what customer services are saying. Would never buy a Dyson again!
@Dyson still waiting on my replacement battery for my animal V11. Over one month now. 5th phone call to customer services this morning…surprise surprise still no battery! It will arrive on Friday! (Been told it will arrive in 2 weeks, before the bank holiday, last Friday!)

@BootsUK twice I have placed online orders with you…twice the orders have been cancelled. No email telling me the order is cancelled…no reason given. It was only because I kept checking my order status that I saw it was cancelled for the second time (not out of stock online)
@RobH_GOAT @nycmarathon I am also coming from overseas so will choose 2022/23. So@glad @nycmarathon have offered us this option, unlike @bostonmarathon where 2020 entrants from overseas have no options.
@McKirdyTrained@secularrunner@bostonmarathon Due to current travel restrictions in the UK I won’t be flying anywhere in 2021. The issue is my QT from April 2019 won’t be valid for 2022 I’m sure, and we’ve had limited major marathons in Europe since 2020. Just feel 2020 entrants should get a place in 2022 if they want to run

@notinthedoghou placed an order on the 18th Feb. Apart from the initial order confirmation...nothing! Radio silence. Thought I would try the company a second time...first experience was not great. This time has been worse. No update at all. 😕
@benbobbill81 @notinthedoghou Just got an email. The food I ordered 2 weeks ago is coming in next week apparently. That would be over 3 weeks after I ordered. Why are they allowing people to place orders when there is no stock available?!
