"Iran has so far kept its word, unlike the so called U.S. Treasury Secretary who is violating Para 9 of the MoU."

He refers to commitments on sanctions relief and financial channels under the recent ceasefire/ Hormuz agreement.

Araghchi says this follows other U.S. missteps and warns that only mutual compliance can keep the deal alive.

Seems more like a de escalation tone than a tough one.
