Of course we all have our opinion on things, but here’s my timeline of what CZ has ‘done’ with Binance

- CZ started Binance in 2017: back then there was no regulatory framework. It was either starting without being compliant or not starting at all. It was all extremely unclear and even impossible to meet the requirements
- Binance quickly became the biggest exchange in the world: they grew so fast that shifting just as quickly was an enormous challenge. It was all lagging a bit
- Binance started Binance US to become compliant with US regulations!
- Binance & CZ got sued for not complying with AML regulations in the first years. They did not get sued for money laundering, to be clear
- Binance receives a $4.3 billion fine. One of the biggest fines in history…
- CZ personally gets a $50 million fine
- US government want him 3 years behind bars

Idk what about you, but I don’t think this is fair…
