No. If you were following the cyclist would you have known exactly where he was turning? No. He could have been pulling up at the 1st house.

@geobuywise101 @Northfieldcycl1 Maybe the OP felt that the car driver had contravened the highway code and was expressing his displeasure at being put in a dangerous position after trying to indicate in plenty of time that he was about to maneuver across the carriageway to prepare to turn right.

What will happen is folk will move away further from train use and that will require more govt support.
