So @HastingsDirect proving to be horrendous to deal with. They email re my policy from a no reply email address.From their website I choose contact, only done via app. Open app, says install app,sends me to play store,already installed,press open and back to install app. Repeat

Watch out ig thinking of a switch to Vodafone broadband. Undertook this 10 days ago. Connection bounces sub 1MBPS to 100. Wifi coverage less than half the house. Promised boosters not arrived despite promise of 24 hrs. Totally crap and without coverage no ability to resolve
1 hour of meaningless exchanges with @British_Airways call centre. "We have cancelled your flight and you will not meet any of your next 12 day schedule." A few years ago it would have been... "apologies, but we have you re routed on a Lufthansa flight and you'll be 10 mins late"

So leaving Portugal ( no face masks required) on a @British_Airways flight to the UK ( no face masks required) but being told that face masks are mandated on board. Anyone at @British_Airways want to explain?
Another utility issue. We get billed by @AffinityWater for waste despite having a septic tank. They tell us that they do this on instruction from @thameswater. Thames tell us to talk to Affinity who send us back to Thames. Next stop lawyers and damages
Having griped about other utility companies a big shout to @AffinityWater . Fast efficient and polite customer service - brilliant. Please go fix @SSE - 4 weeks and goodness knows how many hours of holding to sort gas and electricity - to no avail - awful
