You are 100% replaceable at WORK.
You’re NOT replaceable at HOME.
If you died tomorrow your job would replace you in a week.
Your family would NEVER get over it.
Home is your real life.
Keep that perspective.
Work hard but be FULLY PRESENT when you’re home.

You aren't going to lose 30 pounds and get back in shape in a month.
Progress takes a long time of being very consistent.
Shut up. Be patient. Keep going.
First, Scout team matters. Second, value the guys on your scout team. Most teams don’t have the sheet depth of talent that Georgia has, but every team can give the best look possible with the talent you do have. Make it important.
Bragging about your 4/5 am workouts when you only got 4-5 hours of sleep isn't cool nor does it make you look "tough"
Lack of sleep doesn't allow you to take full advantage of what you're trying to get from your workouts, no matter what time you do them
Playing video games has incredible power and benefits! It improves cognitive skills, increases hand-eye coordination, and can even reduce stress and anxiety. Don't believe the hype - video games are a valuable and positive part of our lives.
