@alojohhardcore For those of us who stayed in $AMZN, would you recommend exiting now at $254 or do you think it will run in this current upbeat mood about the Iran conflict?
$TSLA is obviously a very divisive topic. It should be possible for HC subscribers to listen to your views on the name and make their own decisions. I value your input greatly, consider all of it and act on some of it (which is why I subscribe). Whilst recognising my lack of expertise, I do not agree with you on all matters and certainly not on all matters related to Tesla. But that is normal and healthy. People need to own their own decisions. Your input is very helpful, but we need all to be grown ups. As you say, peace.
@alojohhardcore I see Bloom Energy has popped on the announcement of an Oracle deal. Is there any expectation of including BE in your coverage in due course?
@DillonLoomis Do you think that the share price related milestones in Elon’s comp plan would have to be revised (and revoted on) if the business is restructured in the way discussed?
@thejefflutz Jeff - presumably the share price related milestones in Elon’s comp plan would have to be completely redone (and voted on again) if the business is restructured as per the current rumours. Do you agree?
@alojoh AJ - If the reverse merger was to happen, presumably the market capitalisation milestones in the 2025 Elon comp plan would need to be materially adjusted? If that is right, surely Elon would not want to reopen all of that saga again.
@Gfilche@chamath@SpaceX@TeslaLarry How would the market capitalisation milestones operate if the business contained in the Tesla corporate structure is expanded to include SpaceX? All the numbers would be off:
@Gfilche@chamath@SpaceX@TeslaLarry What would a merger mean for Elon’s recently approved comp package? All the share price related milestones would need to be redone. Surely he doesn’t want to put that all back up for debate and a vote?
