Twenty years after my first graduation in Cardiff I finally completed my academic qualifications with a @KingsCollegeLon PhD graduation ceremony at the Royal Festival Hall. It’s been an eventful journey & I have many people to thank for their love, help and support along the way.
So it's official! Thank you to everyone who supported me along the way, especially @MaggieMScull and my excellent supervisors @MDKandiah and Keith Hamilton. I’m just sorry Keith is not here to join the celebrations. Thank you also to @KCL_BritPolGov for posting the news.
Delighted to announce that Andrew Harrison has successfully passed his doctoral examination. Thesis title: “Preventative diplomacy: #Britain, #Yugoslavia & the #ColdWar in #Europe, 1968-80”. His supervisors @MDKandiah & the late Prof Keith Hamilton. Congratulations Dr Harrison!🎉
It was a great pleasure to have taught Andrew Harrison as a Masters student & then to have been his PhD supervisor. We know that the late Keith Hamilton, his other supervisor, is with us in spirit, sharing in this success.
