@CBeebiesLand we came on 12th June and 2 rides were out of action due to the storms meaning we had limited rides to go on. Also the pm meet and greets were cancelled due to weather. We were advised in the app and by staff these would be rainy days. How do we get free return pass?

@TUIUK contact me regarding booking ref 11133861. Refund promised by 31/01/20 but nothing received. Spoke again in April and you admitted a full refund should have been given and promised money in 4 weeks. Still nothing. You are withholding money from 2 pensioners #tuirefund
@TUIUK how can you charge £532 to cancel a £1100 holiday at the end of March due to medical emergency? Because it’s short notice? So you won’t fill the seats???? This is appalling. You should be ashamed!! Appealing customer service and rudeness beyond belief!!
