@darrengrimes Air-to-air heat pumps can already work as both air conditioners and heaters. But the grant for those is £2,500 as opposed to £7,500 for air-to-water heating only heat pumps.

Or they could, you know, stop interfering with silly schemes and cut taxes instead. But they won't.
