@FlySWISS Thank you Angie. In this case, I can’t afford to pay for the repair out of my own pocket. Would I be able to ask my repairman to make a sample bill and @FlySWISS pays him directly? How do I approach this?
@FlySWISS is an absolute fucking joke. No care or respect for instruments and musicians. How is that twice I’ve had to deal with my Tuba being completely damaged? Twice my Tuba has been lost, not my other baggage, just my Tuba??? Absolute joke. Why isn’t there a way to directly
@FlySWISS This will be upwards of 7000 francs repair because of the exact same (and more this time) damage from the first time I had a problem with your airline. How is that okay??? I’ve never had a problem with any other airline before, international or domestic in the US.
@FlySWISS Yes Noah, of course I have. I even called your customer service where I was once again told to go to this link. Man, I don’t have the money or time to keep making these repairs because your airline doesn’t know how to treat musical instruments as fragile things.
If any musicians consider @FlySWISS , I’d advise you never to take your instrument with you unless you want to worry the whole time about your instrument being mistreated and mishandled.
The world's first trombone rhythm game is instantly a GOTY contender. And no, I'm not kidding. Turn up the volume and hear Beethoven like you've never heard it before. https://t.co/Qu7Cmkhjzc
