you need to cancel it and rebook but tui keep 1600 deposit? There’s no chance or reason we would change the rooms it’s a family of 4 and two married couples. Never had any trouble before. Very disappointed

@TUIUK booked online during covid for a wedding, then told flights not running from EDB but offered us NCL airport but changed us from 3 rooms to 2 without telling us. Realised when confirmation arrived weeks later but now “nothing we can do”

We have done this several times now, taken people that have never been to sea before with different levels of success. And most boats won’t take you without experience. Without new blood in the fishing industry it won’t survive.

Looking outside the usual circle for anybody who’s always wanted to work on a fishing trawler.. Ideally somebody with no experience and must be keen to work.
