@MMcEwanGolf Michael, I’m coming to this a little late, but really enjoyed both reading and listening to your thoughts and contributions. Excited to hear what’s next, and hopefully we’ll hear plenty more from you on golf and other sports in the future.
@AvantiWestCoast I was due to be travelling on the 0535 Glasgow Central to London Euston service tomorrow morning. Will ticket acceptance allow me to use this ticket this evening on ScotRail/LNER?
We were pleased to host @gregorpoynton at our Livingston branch to discuss the community work @TSB does to help support victim-survivors of domestic abuse, as well as tackling fraud.

I can't think of another piece of legislation so ostentatiously championed by privilege, so driven by corporate opportunism, so precisely targetted at the vulnerable, so marinaded in supersition. This is what the Great Reform act was supposed to prevent.
@Bobmcphail1872 The big difference now is the lack of leadership. Up to 55, the club had strong direction on and off the pitch. The US-based owners have chosen to be more detached, leaving the CEO and DoF to lead, creating a vacuum. Until that’s addressed, success will difficult to achieve.
@wallyt53 The only realistic way to remove the NI Protocol would be for the UK to rejoin the single market and customs union, or the EU as a full member — neither of which seems likely any time soon.
@DonaldoK87@AvantiWestCoast I’m due to travelling to Preston from Glasgow on Saturday. Will my ticket be valid tomorrow in advance of yellow warning for wind taking effect at 5pm. The line north of Preston typically closes when these warnings are issued and it would be easier to plan in advance.
We agree with the Prime Minister that chasing payments holds Britain’s businesses back. That’s why we pay our SME suppliers in just 4 days on average—because responsible payment practices are good for business and the economy. #PromptPayment@SB_Commissioner@GBCharterUK
In just the last week, Parliament has voted to legalise the killing of unborn children up to the point of birth, and to allow the assisted suicide of the frail and vulnerable.
Sad, sad times.

A pleasure to meet @TSB employees and @CarersUK representatives alongside @SKinnock today, to hear about their experiences balancing caring responsibilities alongside work and how TSB supports them in this.
Join us and @TSB for a Share and Learn session this #CarersWeek to learn more about:

On any other day, against any other golfer I’d have wanted Justin Rose to win that. He’s an absolute class act and would love to see him win another major this season. #masters
