@JetBlue currently on flight 188 from LAX > Boston. Wanted to give a shout out to the entire flight crew as they are exceptional. Traveling with young kids is not easy, but they have gone above and beyond making what normally would be miserable 5 hours tolerable to enjoyable.

@AlaskaAir - on flight 713 AK markets itself as the Careline. AK cares about taking off from the gate on time by any means necessary. Vegas airport not allowing planes from the west to land before certain time… get em on the plane. They can sit on the tarmac for 45 min.

@subaru_usa particularly because this is a known issue. I have had the head unit replaced, fuel pump replaced, and still have the same issues. Now, I have to get rid of a car that is covered under a long term warranty.

@subaru_usa @subaru_usa - Thank you for helping me get a response from the advocacy group. The response was the same, which is unfortunate, but at least have clarity in that I have to seek alternative options for a reliable vehicle. Sad Subaru ending for me.

@subaru_usa The customer advocacy group had a very difficult time responding previously. When they did, it was helpful in a @subaru_usa doesn't care about the quality of our products, but here is a gift certificate leave us alone kind of way.

Roger also gave me $500 towards a new Subaru, should I want to trade mine in. I asked my local dealership for a quote and trade in value and the price difference for a newer lower end model is roughly $28K. Which, given my experience in being a @subaru_usa owner is unlikely.

Was assigned a case manager named Roger. After not hearing back for a couple weeks, I called multiple times and was given the guidance to keep calling. Roger finally got back to me a month later with the guidance of “try another dealership service department.”

@SouthwestAir flew @JetBlue on the way to LA. Couldn’t be better. Way back to SF, took the risk by flying swa, delayed, then stuck on the tarmac for 50 minutes. This is the expectation at this point.
