Can not express how much @Isaacphillips05 and @_nickprince have shown this to me through their actions and encouraging words on and off the court the past couple months. Very grateful to go into my senior year of basketball with two great leaders and men pushing me every day!
"Competitive maturity is difficult. One of the foundational things is it’s not me versus you. It’s me with you. It’s me pushing you for you to get better, so you can then push me to take the next step."
Great teammates compete with each other to complete each other and the team.

Thank you to @JRonai and the rest of the staff for having me on a great visit at Mount Vernon Nazarene today!! Amazing campus and experience!!@RULECougar
@CanesWarningFS Who-uston was suppose to have some sort of “outstanding” transition defense; 15:0 in our favor on points off turnovers as well as 6:1 in our favor on turnovers. Can’t ask more from Norchad on the boards and in the paint as well as Pack and Wong serving up the usual. #WHOuston #🙌🏻
Thank you to Troy basketball and all the coaches/teammates for giving me this opportunity and thank you to Power 107.1 for having me tonight. Great show!!
My fav part of this 🏀 season was how much my daughter adored my @TroyTrojanBball players. A few weeks into the season, she grabbed the team photo off of our fridge and wanted to practice their names. Here is a video of her “practicing” today. It’s too special not to share!
What a journey! I am so proud of these young men not just for what they have accomplished but more importantly how they did it. Their commitment to work hard and to each other was inspiring for me to witness on a daily basis. They invested countless hours of unseen hard work.
It is hard for me to say. Our season has ended. Not the way that we drew it up. Tip of the cap to Miamisburg. 18-5, a league title, a foundation for a program. Incredible legacy/ incredible kids. I love those guys. Seniors, you mean more to me than I could ever express. #DayOnes
