@dizzycatdesign @AtriumHealth Unreal. I’m an audiologist and do testing for an ENT 2x/wk. He made masks optional months ago. The receptionist doesn’t wear one and doesn’t encourage it. In the app’t I always ask people if they wouldn’t mind masking and 99% are happy to. Very frustrating.
