The Worthington Kilbourne lacrosse family joins the Upper Arlington Mens Lacrosse Team’s family in mourning the loss of their legendary lacrosse coach, Ted Wolford.
Brief draft interruption for some lacrosse news: Japanese goaltender Shun Ito will be participating in PLL training camp with the California Redwoods.
He got on the radar of coaches after a standout performance with SEKAI CROSSE against PLL stars during the league's annual exhibition game in Japan. Shun is the first player from Japan, an emerging lacrosse power, to vie for a spot on a @PremierLacrosse roster.
Ravens and Trey Hendrickson reached agreement on a four-year, $112 million contract.
Hendrickson stays in the AFC North, and now will be facing Joe Burrow and the Bengals twice a season.
The @Bengals prove time and time again to be one of the most poorly ran, poorly organized franchises in all of professional sports. Can't wait to see Trey Hendrickson win a SB with his next team.
I don't even really know why as I don't own a Tesla nor do I plan on purchasing an EV, but I am riveted by this story. Pulling down to refresh tweets to see a new development 😂
UPDATE:
The guest extended until Thursday afternoon.
It is now Friday afternoon and the Tesla is more than 24hrs past due again.
I am expecting the guest to submit an extension later today. I’ve already submitted the Late Return report.
Since Tuesday, the guest has driven 368 miles and spent $63 on supercharging. It seems like he’s taking my advice on charging during off-peak hours.
So far, we’ve earned $2,295.00 from this trip.
Stay tuned. 🍿
Save this if you look forward to becoming a manager, leading a team, making decisions. Moving up the ladder to a managerial level.
Here are 5 things you should be aware of👇🏾
1. What brought you here will not keep you here.
You were promoted because you were excellent at your job. You delivered. You executed. You outperformed.
Then the job changed.
2. Management isn’t about being the best anymore.
It’s about making others their best.
You move from being the star performer to building stars.
3. Stop competing with your team. Start cultivating them.
This is where many new managers struggle.
We keep doing what made us successful before instead of creating space for others to grow.
4. Your output is no longer tasks.
Your output is people — their clarity, confidence, and growth.
That shift takes time to accept.
5. Your job is to build people.
The promotion wasn’t a reward for past performance.
It was an invitation to develop an entirely new skill set: clarity, feedback, emotional intelligence, patience, restraint.
